Refund policy

At ZyberCart, we are committed to delivering quality products and a trusted shopping experience across GCC.

Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or not working properly.
• The customer received the wrong item.
• The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• All tags, accessories, manuals, and original contents must be included.
• A return request must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.
• Proof of issue (photo/video) may be required for verification.

2. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

• Change of mind after delivery.
• Refusal to accept the order at the time of delivery without a valid reason.
• Incorrect address or unreachable customer.
• Minor color/design variations caused by screen lighting or photography.
• Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper use by the customer.
• Opened, used, resized, or damaged products after delivery.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
• Customers are requested to confirm their order details and availability before shipment.
• Fake orders, repeated refusals, or misuse of COD service may result in future order restrictions or cancellation rights by ZyberCart.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable for refused or undelivered COD orders.

4. Return Process

• Your order number
• Clear photos/videos of the issue
• A brief explanation of the problem

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

5. Inspection & Approval

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved:
• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
• Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued to the original payment method.
• For COD orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.

7. Sale Items

Items purchased during promotions, clearance sales, or special discounts are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
